10:00 AM ZUMBA Fitness 

Same fast paced, fun workout as before!

11:00 AM ZUMBA Intro

ZUMBA Intro is the class for anyone and everyone! Learn the basic steps to Zumba at a slower, more modified pace. This class is perfect for anyone of any age - those with special needs, medical restrictions, or those who just want the absolute basics. The class instructor may include breaks in the class between routines to explain steps or proper form. Those wishing to stay at this level to enjoy a low-impact slower workout will love this class!

Buy a 10 Class Pass and Save!

We now offer a 10 class pass for $70. Save $30 over 10 classes! You don’t have to come every week. We will mark the dates that you come and when you use up 10 classes, you can buy a new card. The “drop-in” rate is $10 per class.

Steve Prowse, a long time dance teacher based in Charleston, will be teaching a six week ballroom dance course beginning in July at Top Hat Ballroom. Steve has extensive teaching experience including courses for Marshall Community and Technical College and WVU Tech. Steve also teaches at dance studios and ballroom dance events from Parkersburg to Ironton. His experience and knowledge of ballroom dance coupled with his easy going teaching style make his classes a joy to attend.

Steve will be teaching Waltz and Cha-Cha for this course. Classes begin on July 10 and will meet for six weeks on Thursday evenings from 7:30 – 9:00. The price for the course is $60 for singles and $120 for couples. Registration and payment is due by July 3^rd.

There will be no Top Hat classes the week of June 8 - 14.

ZUMBA classes will meet as scheduled at 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays.

We will resume our regular schedule the week of June 15. We will be teaching Salsa, Merengue, Samba and Bachata throughout the summer. Hope to see you in class!
